Why this exists

I’ve had the opportunity to support apprenticeship programs at Pinterest and LinkedIn, and I’ve seen people flourish and transform their careers through them.

These programs offer a meaningful path into technology careers for people from nontraditional backgrounds. They provide a different interview process, on-the-job training and mentoring, a separate review process, and time to grow.

I shared a couple of these opportunities on LinkedIn, and the posts blew up. It made me realize how many people were looking for paths like these, so I thought I’d create a curated list to make them easier to find and explore.
